Quality Service
Our staff can be easily identified by the uniform they wear. The shop supervisor’s name and picture is posted in shop front for easy reference. All our staff members must go through customer service and food hygiene training. Continuous on-the-job trainings and “The Best Service Election” campaign are held to assure high service standards. Moreover, our District Managers and senior management will visit and communicate with schools regularly to address schools’ concerns and to seek improvements.
